Villa with Pool – Beach 400 m Away
Located in Préfailles, this 110 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and dryer for your comfort. For families, 2 baby beds and a high chair are available.
Outside, relax in your private garden, on the open terrace, or in the heated outdoor pool. An outdoor shower and private barbecue complete the amenities for your leisure. The beach is just 400 m away.
Parking includes 2 shared spaces on-site as well as street options. Pets are not allowed, and parties are prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool.
A pool safety document to sign will be sent after booking confirmation. The pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 15th.
To respect our neighbors, please note that parties are not allowed and we do not accept pets. The safety of children is the full responsibility of adults.
