Large home with a nice lower level for the youngsters. Beautiful views of the lake, plenty of shade or sun. Owners continue to make upgrades to the home.

Big family

This home is perfect for a large family. The house is in a great location on the lake, has a huge flat yard for sitting out or playing games and has a very nice dock to go swimming or fishing off of! Communication is clear and easy as is check in and check out. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place on the lake for your large family!

The property is lovely, but the main floor is not air conditioned and it is difficult to get a cross-breeze going due to the old crank windows. There are two bedrooms without a/c units in them (these are on the main floor - 2 twin bedroom, and the bedroom with the queen and crib). The air conditioner unit in the master bedroom has mold spores throughout the vents and was very old and loud. Once you are outside the property, it is divine. There was no starter wood (as promised) and there was no propane in the tank (was told I would have to fill on my own after I called Vacasa). Vacasa was not prompt in their replies and it took forever to get through to them. After checkout I was contacted by Vacasa because the local cleaning crew accused me of removing and hiding all of the smoke detectors. No one in my party touched the detectors during our stay. In summary: lovely property, older air conditioners, expected amenities to be fulfilled as promised, very hot central area on the main floor which made it difficult to cook and gather in.
