“Idle Time” 2 bedroom, lake front property w/ new, private dock

2 BR, 1 bath. A perfect getaway to rest after a great day of fishing on beautiful Lake Murray. Drop your boat in at one of two boat ramps less than 5 minutes away, then dock up to a brand new dock (completed summer 2026). The 1 acre property includes lots of outdoor living space. You can relax on the covered dock, the screened porch, or newly build hardscape patio with gas grill (completed summer 2026). Did you catch lots of fish or maybe just enough for supper? There is a fish cleaning station as well as a gas cooker and all you need (except the oil and fish) for the perfect fish fry with the fellas… or the ladies. Looking for something a little more long term? This is a great option for traveling nurses (Newberry hospital is only 16 miles away) or a great place to land while your new lake home is under construction.
