The 2-room holiday apartment, which includes one bedroom, presents itself in a unique retro style combined with modern amenities, creating a particularly familiar and cozy atmosphere. The spacious, light-flooded living room has a charming seating area and a wall unit, into which two single beds (each 90x190cm foldaway beds) are conveniently integrated, making the room multifunctional. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher, blends seamlessly into the living concept. A spacious bar forms the centrepiece of the bright room and invites you to linger and cook together. In the separate bedroom, a single bed (1x 90x200cm and two bunk beds (2x 90x200cm) ensures peaceful nights. A wardrobe and desk complete the furnishings and offer additional comfort and storage space. Designed as a non-smoking apartment, a smoke-free environment is guaranteed and pets are not allowed in this accommodation, which can be an advantage people with allergies. Guests also enjoy free access to the internet (Wi-Fi), making their stay in this holiday flat even more enjoyable. A car park is available.

The proximity to shopping facilities, the indoor swimming pool with whirlpool and sauna, the chairlift, various restaurants and the village café with bakery all speak in favour of the apartment and its very practical location. The fantastic hiking area starts right on the doorstep, so to speak, and Lake Walensee in the valley can be reached in just a few minutes. In winter, the Amden ski area with the Mattstock chairlift and the Bärenfall ski lift is within walking distance. The Amden-Arvenbüel family ski area is just a few minutes' drive away and the "Amden, Brugg" bus stop with ski bus is 250 metres from the flat.

And yet centres such as Rapperswil on Lake Zurich, Chur or Zurich can all be reached in less than an hour. In winter, the Amden ski area offers a family atmosphere with a total of 6 lifts and pistes, a ski school, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and many snowshoe tours in a sunny alpine world.
