Villa El Palmeral, furnished in a high-end boho style, has two floors. The open-concept living area on the ground floor, with its high ceilings, creates a wonderful atmosphere. The living room is equipped with all modern amenities. It features two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a large smart TV, and fiber-optic internet, as well as a dining area, a new and fully equipped kitchen with many beautiful accessories and tableware, a guest bathroom, and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer. A cooler is available for beach trips.

The stairs lead you to the upper floor, where you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom opens onto a large private balcony and includes a small walk-in closet.

On the ground floor, large patio doors offer views of the professionally designed tropical-style outdoor area and the property’s large, heated swimming pool. There is also a hot-water outdoor shower and a BBQ with an outdoor kitchen. An exclusive, large hot tub can be booked as an optional extra for an additional fee.

In addition to a large terrace furnished with a large dining table and chairs, there is also a covered pergola that houses a spacious chill-out lounge. To soak up plenty of sun, additional lounge chairs and armchairs are available in the spacious garden area.

The garden, with its tropical plants, offers a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of Lanzarote and Lobos. This makes it a wonderful spot to enjoy a cocktail in the various chill-out areas.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa; one door remains locked and is reserved exclusively for the owners' private use.

In addition to the private pool, guests may also use the complex's large communal pool.
