Purchased new in 2025, this condo is truly fresh and new. Every piece of furniture, fixture, and furnishing was carefully selected for the space and is new.

The comfortable 1-bedroom layout provides a stylish, relaxing retreat after a day of mountain adventure.

The open living area is designed to take full advantage of the condo's unique indoor/outdoor living experience, with direct access to your private patio.

Rooftop Deck & Mountain Views

Take the stairs or elevator upstairs to the building's rooftop deck, where you'll enjoy spectacular elevated views overlooking the Grand Lake Boardwalk and surrounding Rocky Mountains, including views toward Rocky Mountain National Park.

Grab your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or simply take in the scenery from one of the best vantage points in the village.

Location, Location, Location!

You don't need to drive to enjoy Grand Lake.

From the condo, you're just steps from:

And for those traveling with children or simply looking for an easy evening out, having restaurants and entertainment immediately outside your door makes this location exceptionally convenient.

Pizza, a cantina, and a burger/desert shop are literally steps from the private patio. These nearby businesses generally close around 8 PM, so activity typically winds down in the evening.

Grand Lake Nordic Center

In winter, the nearby Grand Lake Golf Course transforms into the Grand Lake Nordic Center, offering miles of groomed terrain for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Whether you're an experienced Nordic skier or trying it for the first time, you'll find terrain ranging from beginner to advanced.

It's another reason Grand Lake is such a special four-season destination.

Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre

The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre is right next door, making it incredibly easy to enjoy a performance without worrying about driving, parking, or navigating unfamiliar roads afterward.

Make a show part of your Grand Lake getaway, then walk back to your condo and enjoy a drink on your private patio.

It's an especially convenient perk for theater lovers and guests looking to add an evening of entertainment to their mountain vacation.
