Beautiful Rooftop Apartment with balcony, terrasse and an amazing sea view

In our airy, bright rooftop apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite), an open kitchen-dining-living area (including a pull-out sofa bed), a large covered balcony, a private roof terrace and a pool at the house, you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the sea and the picturesque bay of Kastela. At the same time you can also explore the countless sights and the beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity. From the nearby Split airport you cross a bridge to the island of Ciovo, where our rooftop apartment is located in a small suburb that is mainly inhabited by locals and belongs to the municipality of Trogir. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the place on the one hand and the proximity to the beautiful town of Trogir on the other, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its unique history and beauty. Numerous excursion destinations, such as Split or the Krka National Park, make the region in central Dalmatia a perfect holiday destination. The sea as well as bathing bays with pebble beaches and a small supermarket are located very close to the accommodation. The apartment has its own parking space.

The property was very clean and comfortable The roof top balcony was beautiful. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this apartment, it was close to the beach and easy to get into Split.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed to make your stay wonderful, the owners had thought of all you might need.Snjezana was very helpful, and answered my questions promptly,she made our stay very comfortable.Do note that the swimming pool is only available between June and September, which was slightly disappointing as we were there when it was very hot in May, but we were made aware of this before we arrived.We would definitely recommend the apartment and would return, the Roof terrace was amazing and made the place extra special.I would give it 10/10 everything was perfect

This apartment has amazing views from the private rooftop and is very comfortable with a lovely patio as well.The outdoor furniture is very comfortable.There is also a sizeable communal pool which cooled us all down after sunbathing sessions upstairs!Internally the bedrooms and kitchen / bathrooms are well appointed and more than sufficient for a party of 4 adults.The air con in the living area is also very enjoyable.I would highly recommend a stay at this lovely apartment.

Die Wohnung ist super schön und der Blick von der Dachterasse einmalig! Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was evtl. benötigt werden könnte. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten das Glück und haben sie vor Ort sogar persönlich kennengelernt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig. Fußläufig gibt es eine gute Bademöglichkeit und weitere schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch Trogir ist gut zu erreichen.Der Flughafen ist direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Wasserseite. Hierhin ist es auch ein Katzensprung. Natürlich hört man die Flugzeuge auch, was wir jedoch nicht sehr störend fanden.Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit in eurer Wohnung! Mona & Christian

Aussicht mit Stil

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit Stil. Hat alles was es braucht, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausreichend Platz für 4 erwachsene Personen. Vom Balkon (auf Ebene der Wohnung) aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Split und auf die Vororte. Es gibt noch eine private Dachterrasse oberhalb der Wohnung zur Alleinnutzung. Die Dachterrasse ist mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen ausgestattet, die ebenfalls in tadellosem Zustand sind (wie neu). DIE BEREITGESTELLTEN BILDER SIND ABSOLUT AUTHENTISCH! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert zeitnah auf Fragen.Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass wir wiederkommen: SEHR HOCH!Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!
