Welcome to our Nixenhus Apartment!

This lovingly and modernly furnished holiday apartment (65 square metres, sleeps 4) is located in a semi-detached house with a separate entrance. An extra bed for a fifth person can be provided.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living and dining area with a modern built-in kitchen, a dining table with chairs, and a modern sofa set. Flat-screen TV and radio. A wood-burning stove in the living area creates a particularly cosy atmosphere, especially during the cold season after a walk on the beach.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator. From the living area, you can access the terrace with patio furniture, a beach chair, and the shared garden.

The two bedrooms on the upper floor feature comfortable double beds with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as window screens. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a window, shower, toilet, and a sink. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.

Upon your arrival, the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens. Please bring your own towels.

Located just about 50 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, your holiday home is situated in a very quiet location in the old fishing village of Lobbe on the Mönchgut peninsula, the most charming part of the island of Rügen. The peninsula is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.

The apartment complex consists of 3 separate semi-detached houses, each built in the traditional Rügen style, comprising a total of 6 modernly furnished holiday apartments (max. 2 bedrooms, 5 guests, some with a fireplace). Each unit has its own terrace and a separate entrance. The apartments offer excellent comfort in both summer and winter. They are lovingly and colourfully designed, creating an immediate sense of well-being.

Each unit comes with one parking space. Charging stations for electric cars are available: You can now charge your electric car at an available wallbox (for a fee). Additional parking options are located in the immediate vicinity. The public transit bus stop is approximately 200 metres away.



In addition to renting out their holiday apartments, the hosts offer the following additional services:



Guided Nordic walking tours, suitable for beginners, on the Mönchgut Peninsula. Poles can be provided.



In addition, you can book your very own personalised massage (e.g., meridian massage, raindrop massage, or an energy treatment) at the on-site naturopathic practice.
Guided meditations are also offered on-site or, weather permitting, on the beach.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
