Amazing Place

I stayed here with a group of 8 people and it was perfect. Very close to town so getting souvenirs and shopping is all in walking distance. The pool was perfect for warm days. Spacious rooms. Enough cutlery, plates, cups, utensils. BBQ included was a big win.

Great potential

The villa is in a great location. Quiet but near the beaches ( 7 min walk) and across the road from the Campanario shops and well stocked supermarket.The villa is clean and spacious . The beds are extremely comfortable and lots of wardrobe space with hangers.However the furnishings are quite jaded and basic . The living room needs a larger and more comfortable sofa for the number of people the villa can accommodate. The kitchen is very small and although there were four of us there were only three wine glasses.The upstairs shower ran cold of anyone else was having a shower.A light a the outside door would be handy for coming in at night.The outside furniture was jaded and needs replacing.A folder with info eg where the trash goes etc would be helpful.Any contact with the manager was quickly answered.A few tweaks and this could be an excellent property.
