You will also benefit from our garden, a pretty oasis of peace and greenery where you can relax and enjoy the Breton sun in peace and quiet, especially in the evening when you can experience the beautiful colors of the sunset thanks to its west-facing orientation. Perfect for enjoying an aperitif on the terrace at the end of the day.
The house is ideally located a few hundred meters from the boat landing stage on the Rance. Outdoor enthusiasts can access the surrounding hiking trails close to the house and take the opportunity to explore the spectacular landscapes of the region on foot or by bike. In addition, the proximity to the famous seaside resorts of Dinard and Saint-Malo, which are a short drive away, allows you to enjoy the beaches, water sports and sports activities as well as the lively life of these emblematic destinations on the Breton coast.
