Villa Dolphin Bay

This Florida Dream Home, built in 2022, is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area. All daily shopping options and many restaurants can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The Villa has a spacious living room, with an integrated kitchen and a dining room. A small, separate office is available for guests who need a quiet place to work during their vacation. On the left side of the house are the two guest rooms with the assigned guest bathroom. On the right is the master bedroom with an adjacent spacious bathroom, equipped with tub and shower. From the master bedroom and the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, which is comfortably furnished. The large saltwater pool, which can also be heated in cooler seasons, invites you to have fun in the water at any time and of course you can also keep fit here if you like to swim laps. You can spend the evening at the bar in the huge and exceptionally well-equipped summer kitchen. To prepare a good fish or the best steak of your life, the outdoor grill is at your disposal at any time. The west-facing pool deck offers plenty of sun all day long and has sun loungers, a dining table and oversized Adirondack chairs. The boaters among you have access to the boat deck, and the built-in boat lift is perfect for a pontoon boat. From here you can reach the open water in about 20 minutes. The boat trip through the canals to Caloosahatchee River is an unforgettable experience. Welcome to the Villa Dolphin Bay!

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
