Renovated in spring 2024, this holiday rental (ground floor)<br>features a combined living area with an open kitchen.<br>Separate bedroom with access to the large terrace.<br>Bathroom with a window, large shower, and storage space.<br>Total area: 53 square metres.<br>Underfloor heating.<br><br>The price includes one sauna session <br>(sauna cabin on the property).<br>Additional uses available by arrangement.<br><br>Kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, dining area, and small counter.<br>Spacious terrace with grill.<br>Parking in front of the house.<br>10-minute drive to the nearest shopping area/bakery. <br>30 minutes to the island of Usedom or Greifswald.<br>15 minutes to the Peene River or Achterwasser.<br><br>(Note: If needed, a second holiday rental in the attic with a separate entrance can be rented)<br><br>A small, charming apartment for relaxing and doing nothing,<br>for barbecuing and chilling out, <br>to find peace and quiet without rushing around,<br>to take a quick trip to the island or go shopping in Greifswald or Anklam,<br>for walking or strolling… so many possibilities!

Eine Oase der Ruhe, ein toller Garten, eine schöne Terrasse, eine prima Wohnung. Und das Sahnehäubchen ist die Sauna. Wir hatten 6 wunderbare und erholsame Tage und Nächte in dieser schönen Wohnung. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Einzige Anmerkung: es wäre schön ein paar mehr Messer und Gabeln zu haben, damit man diese nicht täglich von Hand spülen muss - aber ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt.

Eine super FeWo mit ländlicher Ruhe und Idylle

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in knapp 10 km. Usedomer Strände ca. 30 km. Das sollte jeder Gast vorher wissen.

Wohlfühlwohnung

Sehr schöne, helle FeWo zum Wohlfühlen mit toller Terrassen und großen Garten mit Feuerstelle. Wir wurden von Kai sehr herzlich begrüßt und herumgeführt. Die Kommunikation mit Susi und Kai war super freundlich und immer schnell. Unser Urlaub war einfach top!!

Auszeit vom Alltag

Super schick und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, vor allem das Bad ist der Hammer. Die Vermieter Susi und Kai sind sehr sympathisch und hatten für jedes Anliegen ein offenes Ohr. Wenn man ein Ort sucht, um auszuspannen ist man hier richtig. In der Nähe liegt Anklam mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Usedom ist 15 Autominuten entfernt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Herausragende Ferienwohnung für 2

Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo mit exklusivem Bad, wunderschönem großen Garten, toller Terrasse in ruhiger Lage als zentraler Ausgangspunkt zu den Inseln. Superfreundliche Gastgeber. Jederzeit gern wieder.
