Welcome to the "Kavella" property
This 65-square-meter ground-floor apartment, featuring two cosy bedrooms—one with a double bed (mattress size 180x200) and one with two single beds—is located in an exclusive apartment building, which was completed in May 2017.
It features comfortable amenities designed for optimal relaxation. The centrepiece is the living/dining area with its open kitchenette and living space, which opens onto the terrace offering a view of the greenery. The garden is fenced in and accessible through a gate.
The apartment is in a quiet location, just 150 metres from Strandstraße with its shops and restaurants, and about 250 metres from the pier and the wide sandy beach.
Includes Wi-Fi / 50GB Giga Cube,
Parking space No. 2 (located on the property)
Please bring your own bed linens and towels; these can also be booked as an add-on!
