Large, beautiful house "Villa Tana", renovated in 2024. In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. Private: large garden, orchard, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station 2.7 km, ferry 5 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 1.2 km. Sports harbour 1.6 km, surf school 1.4 km, tennis 2.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
