Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), heating stove. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) with separate WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom. Electric heating. Natural stone floors. Large terrace 40 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
