Holiday Apartment No. 24 in Building I of the Hanseresidenz complex is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people + 1 toddler.

Centrally located near the beach between the main promenade and the beach promenade, the holiday rental is on the 2nd floor on the west side of the apartment complex. With approximately 70 m² of living space, you’ll have a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a balcony. It’s only about 80 m to the Baltic Sea beach.

In the comfortable living area of the holiday apartment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, and a DVD player. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished, west-facing balcony.

The modern kitchenette with dining area is integrated into the living area. It is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners) with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a blender, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The first bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) and a travel cot. You’ll also find a closet here for your holiday wardrobe. The windows are equipped with roller shades for privacy.

The shower room in this holiday rental offers ample storage space. A hair dryer is provided.

Designer flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. A high chair is also available for the little ones. Pets are not allowed in this property.

You can park your car in the free underground parking space No. 24. There is a free charging station for your electric vehicle right next to the parking space (up to 8 hours of free charging per day). An lift is available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included. In the underground car park (entry height 2.00 m), there is a general bicycle storage room for both Building I and Building II (limited space). Bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you can be stored here.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In the modern “Hanseresidenz,” you’ll stay in the heart of Boltenhagen, just about 80 metres from the beach. The complex is located on the beach side, between the Mittelpromenade and Ostseeallee.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

You can park your car in the underground garage (entry height 2.00 m). There are assigned parking spaces here. A charging station for electric cars is also available. From the underground car park, you can take the lift directly to your floor.

You can store your bicycles in the communal bicycle storage room in the underground car park.

The light-filled apartment in Hanseresidenz offers approximately 70 square metres and spans two floors, accommodating up to 4 adults and 1 toddler in three rooms. There is a living room that incorporates a kitchenette and dining area. On this floor, you’ll also find the bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom, and the balcony. A staircase leads to the second bedroom, which is furnished with 2 single beds and a cot.
