Vacation apartment 4 - Querhaus Kanzem

Holiday Apartment 4, located on the 2nd floor, features a separate double bedroom, an open-concept kitchen-living area with a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface: 1.60 m), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Through the large panoramic windows, you can enjoy the stunning view of the Saar River, the Mediterranean-style garden with several seating areas, and the vineyards surrounding the world-famous Kanzemer Altenberg wine region.



The holiday rental and studio house is located in the quiet, idyllic heart of Kanzem, right on the Saar River bike and hiking trail. It was completed in 2022 and has three stories. The ground floor houses studio and exhibition/seminar rooms. The first and second floors each contain two apartments.
The small apartments are designed for two people, while the large ones accommodate up to four. An extended family also has the option of booking an entire floor. The apartments are bright and filled with natural light. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, unique, and very cosy. A TV and private Wi-Fi are standard. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The panoramic windows in the large apartments offer a view of the Saar River and an unobstructed view of the Kanzemer Altenberg vineyards.
Each apartment comes with a parking space directly in front of the building. The large, quiet garden—with plenty of cosy seating areas—and the sheltered inner courtyard invite you to linger and relax. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Upon request, we offer various art classes in drawing, glasswork, woodworking, and stonework (minimum of 5 participants).

On-site costs: Included: 1 parking space per holiday rental, Wi-Fi. Not included: Use of washing machines and dryers. Glassblowing or sculpture courses can be booked for groups of 4 or more. Costs upon request. For smaller groups, it’s also possible to book an entire floor—please feel free to contact us to discuss the details.A bread roll service is available on weekends upon request. Additionally, breakfast is available for €15.00 per person upon request.
