Come stay in our functional and lovingly furnished holiday apartment right in Steinhude, just outside the town centre. The town centre is a 15-minute walk away, and the swimming area is just 10 minutes away.

The 65-square-meter holiday apartment is located in the basement of the house and was newly renovated in 2024. It has its own entrance at the back of the house and features a small seating area there with a table and four chairs.
Thanks to its basement location, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. The apartment features a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. There is a sofa that can be used as a double bed (160x200) or as two single beds (80x200). The two bedrooms are each equipped with two comfortable single beds (100x200). A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request (please let us know in advance). The small but charming bathroom features a spacious shower and rounds out the space perfectly.

In Steinhude alone, you can visit the linen weaving mill, the historic barn district, the butterfly farm, the fishing and weaving museum, and, of course, the sea itself. Boat trips—for example, to Wilhelmstein Island—or sightseeing cruises on the sea are available.

In Mardorf, sports enthusiasts can enjoy a golf course and a climbing park.

In Münchehagen, you can visit the Dinosaur Park.
In Hanover, you can explore the historic old town or visit various museums. Or the zoo, the Maschsee, and the Royal Gardens in Herrenhausen are always worth a visit. You’ll find all this and much more in the surrounding area!

Transport
A bus stop is located about 50 metres away. From here, you can easily reach the town of Wunstorf and the Wunstorf train station. Trains depart from here to destinations including Hanover.
