Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (3.5 m diameter, depth 90 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 17.Sep.). Terrace, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 850 m, pebble beach 6 km. Marina 6 km.
4-room semi-detached house 135 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Calm Location, Very Friendly Host

Our late arrival due to traffic jam was absolute not a problem for the very friendly host. We have been supported with tipps to find a better route: Perfect! The house is OK for families with max. 4 kids. The pool is in a perfect condition. Be aware of the mosquitos :).

Schönes eingezäuntes Ferienhaus mit Aufstellpool. Bis auf ein paar spezielle dinge war die Küchenausstattung sehr gut Handtücher sollte man selbst mitnehmen. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit (noch am selben Tag wurde ein defekter Warmwasserspeicher repariert).

geräumiges Haus mit Garten

Das Haus erfüllt seinen Zweck voll und ganz. Unten befindet sich ein neues Bad und Schlafzimmer, oben sind 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem älteren Bad, von dem es leider kein Foto in der Hausbeschreibung gibt. Der Pool ist gut für eine kurze Abkühlung und der Grill lädt ein zum Grillen und draußen kann man super sitzen und essen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und kümmern sich bei Fragen sofort. Bis zu den vielen Supermärkten fährt man ca. 6 km. Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße, ruhig.

Das Haus ist super schön, gepflegt. Die Besitzerin ist super nett. Hat immer gefragt ob alles ok ist. Ob wir noch Wünsche haben. Ob es unserem Hund gut geht. Ob sie das Wasser in unserem mitgebrachten Hundepool wechseln soll. Soo fühlt sich Urlaub an. Neben dem wundervollen Land ein tolles zu Hause für den Urlaub. Sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Pfingstferien Porec

Großes Haus mit viel Platz und allem da was man zuhause auch so benötigt. Ikea Standard. Die Einrichtung ist schön abgestimmt. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und fragte mehrmals an, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Jeden 2.Tag wurde der Pool gereinigt. Das WLAN war ausreichend, so dass die Kids ihre Tablets nutzen konnten. In diesem Jahr waren nur viele Ohrenzwicker unterwegs die es täglich zu entfernen gab. Aber ansonsten gab es nichts negatives zu berichten. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
