Private: property 5 ha, garden 2 ha (fenced), meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 26.Sep.). Table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, billiard table, table football, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises.
