This appartement earns absolut...

This appartement earns absolutly 5 stars! Perfect location at the south–side of an wineyard. Very countryside, not noisy (20 min from Poggibonsi by car) and very romantic. The appartement is new (2014) and a part of a typical italian country house. We got fresh eggs (own chicken) for free and could buy some homemade wine. The only little thing what could be better is the fact that the landlady is only speaking italian... so it was kind of fun to comunicate.

Es war ein wunderschöner einwöchiger Urlaub im Herzen der Toskana. Das Ferienhäuschen war perfekt für uns ( 2 Personen), sehr gut ausgestattet mit Liebe zum Detail. Aber das Beste war die Ruhe inmitten von Oliven und Wein. Unsere Vermieterin Cinzia war super nett, ein paar Worte italienisch sind jedoch sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Entspannungsurlaub in der Toskana.

Sehr entspannt. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, sehr hübsch, eine nette Familie, doch das Haus etwas zu weit vom Stadt entfernt und der Schotterweg dahin sehr, sehr schlecht.

We loved our stay at Cinzia’s villa, “ San Raffaele “ in Tuscany. The location is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The property is exactly as described by Cinzia and is impeccably clean, well equipped and stocked to cook any meal you desire. Cinzia was incredibly warm and sincere, offering us home made wines and even provided us with ground coffee for the percolator. It is a rural property near Staggia and Poggibo si that is perfectly located to visit San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena and Florence. If we ever return to Tuscany we will definitely book at San Raffaele again.

Unterkunft zwischen Wein und Oliven

Die Vermieterin spricht kein deutsch und ganz wenig englisch aber das macht sie durch ihre große freundlichkeit wett. Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Ort zum entspannen und die Toscana erkunden: Siene , Florenz und viele kleine Städte.

Ein Garten zwischen Wein und Oliven

Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Gartensitzplatz ist wunderschön, einfach mitten im Olivenhain und in den Weinbergen. Schöne Spaziergänge sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.

- gemütlich, rustikal & liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung; es fehlte nichts:- Versorgung mit Eiern von den Haushühnern inklusive- sehr nette Vermieterin; Hauswein sehr zu empfehlen- Unterkunft liegt einerseits sehr ruhig in der Natur (Weingut), andererseits nah genug an Poggibonsi (Supermarkt) und den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana: Siena, Chianti, Florenz, Val d'Orea, San Gimignano,...) Reisetipps: Restaurant "Il Torrione" 2 Min Fußweg von San Raffaele, s.o.

Es war einfach nur schön! Die ...

Es war einfach nur schön! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft im Internet ist in Wort und Bild absolut zutreffend, alles stimmt. Haus und Grundstück sind wunderschön. Die Lage ebenfalls, wenn man die Abgeschiedenheit und die Ruhe mag – wir mögen das sehr unddeshalb hat es uns besonders gefallen. Man ist aber auf ein Auto angewiesen, ohne das geht nichts. Die letzten 1,5 km sind Schotterstraße, die aber während unseres Aufenthalts teilweise planiert wurde und jetzt besser befahrbar ist. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig, komplett und sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich kann mitbenutzt werden; man ist dort für sich allein, umgeben von Weinberg, Olivenhain und Feigenbäumen – herrlich und mit freiem Ausblick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. – die Vermieterin, ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine sehr, sehr nette Frau. Sie ist wirklich liebenswert! Anmerkung: Der Hauswein ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns war alles rundum schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. – "Molto Grazie"– Dass die Vermieterin kein Deutsch spricht und wir kein Italienisch war nur deshalb schade, weil man sich nicht austauschen konnte; die Verständigung klappt trotzdem gut! Reisetipps: Der Ort ist abgeschieden in wunderschöner typisch toskanischer Landschaft und liegt dennoch sehr zentral, um die geschichtsträchtigen und touristisch interessanten Orte gut zu erreichen. Dafür braucht man aber ein Auto. Nach Florenz sind wir von Poggibonsi aus mit dem Zug gefahren, das fanden wir entspannender (Hin–/Rückfahrt für 2 Erwachsene 31,80 EUR); dafür muss man sich um den Parkplatz keine Gedanken machen und spart teures Benzin :o) – Vor Ort ist eigentlich nur das Angebot an Restaurants eingeschränkt, wenn man sich nicht selbst bekocht. Wir haben stattdessen auf unseren Ausflügen gegessen und waren von der italienischen Küche begeistert, allerdings ist das Preisniveau höher, aber bezahlbar :o)
