Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 03.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 13.3 km, pebble beach 12 km. Marina 27 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
4-room house 85 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
