Private: property 1 ha, terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 1.8 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Le Clermont", 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living room with TV and DVD. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors, carpet. 2 terraces, patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Enchanting Provencal farmhouse

I wanted my 16 year old twins to experience an authentic stay in the Cote d'Azure and luckily found this enchanting, whimsical property! Quiet, tranquil but within walking distance of a market, the property has remarkable calming views and shaded patio, to read in the evenings after visits to nearby Nice, Grasse, Cannes and Antibes. The farmhouse has everything a family needs, lots of space and most importantly, the feeling of being in the South of France. Very clean, owner was most helpful and check in / out was easy - even for someone who doesn't speak French! For me, this property provided me with a quiet haven to relax and breathe without feeling being overlooked by neighbours or listening to hotel guests nearby.

Niet waard om zoveel geld voor te betalen!

Laat ik beginnen met het goede: de locatie tov kust is goed. Omgeving is fijn vakantie doel. Maar het huis op de foto's lijkt bijna niet op de werkelijkheid. Meeste in huis is (te) ver versleten of vuil. Voorbeeld; 1 bank in de woonkamer is volledig doorgezakt. Er is extra kussen in gelegd om te verdoezelen. Lampekappen ontbreken. Afstandsbediening tv is doormiddengebroken en werkt niet. Verf van meubels is overal beschadigd. Verf van huis is overal groezelig. Maar ergste was de hygienische situatie. Serviesgoed en glaswerk stond gewoon vuil in de kast. Vaatwasser stonk omdat er vuilwater in stond en flink verstopte filters had. Besteklades hadden flink laag kruimels en resten van insecten als vliegen en mieren. Bij het zelf maar stofzuigen veel resten van vorige huurders moeten verwijderen. Eigenaresse is volgende dag teruggekomen om zelf wat in de keuken schoon te maken. Zij verontschuldigde zich voor vorige bewoners die er maar week hadden gewoont. maar vuil was volgens ons van meer dan compleet verhuur seizoen. Bij navraag bleek er ook geen eindschoonmaak gedaan te worden. Zoals oude huurder het achter laat treft nieuwe huurder het aan. Dit heb ik in 40 jaar vakantie in Frankrijk niet eerder meegemaakt!

Entspannter Urlaub

Uriges altes Haus, ruhig in den Bergen gelegen. Der Garten ist ein wenig verwildert, aber uns hat er sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist eher klein, aber uns hat es ausgereicht ab und an einmal reinzuspringen um sich abzukühlen. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen, man hatte seine Ruhe, die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nachts war es leider ein wenig zu heiss oben und Mückenspray sollte man einpacken. In allem war es ein schöner Urlaub mit der Familie.

Un vieux mas restauré, plein de charme, dans une belle propriété. A conseiller aux familles qui recherchent la nature et le calme. Situation idéale pour visiter la région.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambres spacieuses. Au calme. Maison très bien située dans quartier de standing. Beau et grand jardin avec belle vue (mais pas sur la mer). Propriétaire sympathique. Seuls bémols : assez sombre à l'intérieur et faible éclairage électrique. On capte mal la TV.
