Beautiful villa "Roch Glaz". 300 m from the centre of Perros-Guirec, 7 km from the centre of Trégastel, 10 km from the centre of Lannion, on a slope, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 900 m from the sea, 950 m from the beach. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with trees. 50 m long steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 300 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage de Trestignel" 950 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, sailing school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Ploumanac'h, Trégastel 8 km, Trebeurden, Lannion 13 km, Treguier, Plougrescant 22 km, Locquirec 31 km, Paimpol 37 km. Hiking paths: GR 34, 7 Iles, Ile de Bréhat. Bretonische Meerblick-Villa

Wunderschönes klass. bretonisches Haus am Hang mit einem tollen Meerblich über die Bucht von Perros-Guirec. Schöne, schon etwas ältere Einrichtung, perfekte Küche -alles vorhanden, sensationelle Terrasse, viel Platz - großes Hang Grundstück , steile Einfahrt - aber selbst mit VW-Bus gut machbar, jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Horrible séjour ayant gâché nos vacances

Quel manque de respect de la part d'Interchalet et le propriétaire qui nous ont accueilli dans un logement très sale, en plein covid ! En prime, draps troués, odeur nauséabonde de vieux, ustensile qui ne fonctionne pas, réfrigérateur immonde avec reste de nourriture collée, four pas lavée depuis des lustres, carreaux noirs de crasse gâchant la vue, c'est scandaleux et je comprends maintenant pourquoi cette location était la seule disponible en dernière minute, nous avons fui le lendemain et renouer avec la propreté, quel bonheur.

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Charme. Umfangreiche Ausstattung, gerade auch in der Küche. Die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Schade dass einige Fenster zum großen Teil bereits durch die Witterung blind waren. Es gibt so viele schöne Liegeplätze rund ums Haus. Schön wäre es, wenn die Kissen und Auflagen geschützter aufbewahrt werden würden, um die Stockflecken zu verhindern.

stilvolles Haus mit schönen alten Möbeln, Kronleuchtern, ein besonderes Wohnerlebnis.Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren hervorragend.Die Nähe zum Meer verleiht der Terasse ihren besonderen Reiz. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichenBlick auf den Strand von Perros– Guirec und den Leuchtturm von Ploumanac`h Reisetipps: Die Lage bietet sich an, die schöne Landschaft zu erkunden, denn viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

Perfekte Lage. Ruhig und doch ...

Perfekte Lage. Ruhig und doch zentral. Unübertroffener Blick direkt hoch über dem Meer gerade auf die Sieben Inseln und nach links auf den Strand. Großartige Balkone und Terrassen, große Fenster. Großes Grundstück mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und mitgroßzügiger Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Zufahrt ist geteert und gut fahrbar. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Stoffbespannte Wände und Stuck an den Decken vermitteln französischen Stil – teilweise auch der bürgerlichen 1970er Jahre. Reisetipps: Wander–, Rad– und Joggingstrecken beginnen direkt am Haus. Strand und kleine Läden wie Supermärkte in kurzer Entfernung fußläufig erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten für jedes Wetter. Besonders beeindruckend: Plage de Trestrignel, Ile Milliau, Vallée des Traoîero, E–Bike–Verleih boubou'b'cloo nur 200 m vom Haus entfernt.
