Great place to enjoy the italian flower rivera, beaches and mountains

Very complete holiday home with very friendly and helpful hosts. The home was very clean and had all necessary items to make the comfortable. Great little beach with nice beach bar serving authentic Italian food and drinks at ca 5-10 min walking distance. Highly recommend bringing bicycles as there is an extensive cycling tracks all along the coast (former train tracks). Parking spot fitted our large SUV. Whilst there is indeed a busy road close to the home (for us this normal for italy!) it did not bother us too much, but with small kids you may need to take extra care when crossing. The location is also perfect to make day trips to Imperia, San Remo, Genua, Monaco, Badelucco (to swim in mountainous river), etc. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend!

Wenn man den Straßenlärm der Uferstraße ignorieren kann, ist sie Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Top Ausstattung, top Lage ( direkt am Meer und Radweg), große Dachterrasse mit grandioser Aussicht aufs Meer. Ganz in der Nähe (2 min per Rad) ist ein schöner öffentlicher Strand mit kleiner Bar und Kies.

Wohnung hat für 4 Personen gereicht, für 6 zu eng. Sehr sauber. Sehr nette Gastfamilie.Betten waren ok. Die Couch hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich.gut sortierte Küche. Terrasse auf dem Dach ist wunderschön, leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang von der Wohnung.Man muss durch das Grundstück der Vermieter. Schnellstraße direkt vor der Haustür. Autos brettern mit 70 km/h vorbei, daher wirklich ULTRA LAUT mit Kind und Hund nicht zu empfehlen. Zaun vorhanden.direkter Zugang zum Fahrradweg. Meer 500m

Gepflegt und sauber

Wir sind hier gut empfangen worden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und ca. 1,5 km von Santo Stefano al mare. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Weg damit man auf die Fahrradstrasse gelangen kann. Das Haus hat eine schöne Terrasse wo man sich in Ruhe sonnen kann, ein super Blick an den Hafen von Marina di Aregai

Ferienhaus Terrazzo sul Mare

Haus an stark befahrener Straße. Sollte speziell erwähnt werden. Überquerung mehr als gefährlich, nicht für Familien mit Kindern oder Senioren geeignet. Terrasse nur über einen Außenzugang erreichbar. WLAN nur oben auf der Terrasse, im Haus nicht.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Wohnung neu, super sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. TV mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Traumhafter Meerblick von der Terrasse, ausgestattet mit Tisch, Stühlen, Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Dusche. Freier Strand, auf Wunsch mit Gastronomie und Liegen (gegen Gebühr), fußläufig erreichbar. Privater Parkplatz am Haus. WLan sehr schwach. Lage an der Aurelia. Aufenthalt/schlafen nur bei geschlossenen Fenster mit Klimaanlage möglich.

Locatie en Terras

De locatie ligt mooi aan zee. voor het huis/slaapkamer op ongeveer 2,5 meter raast het verkeer langs. Slapen gaat dan ook slecht. Het terras is bereikbaar via de openbare weg waarna over het terrein van de eigenaar je op het terras komt. Het op- en afrijden van af de parkeerplek is gewoon gevaarlijk. De auto kun je niet knap draaien en je zit naast een zeer drukke weg. Huis zelf is op zich wel in orde maar alles bij elkaar maakt dat het geen fijn vakantiegevoel geeft. GEEN WIFI/INTERNET
