Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Auch die Nachreinigung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Waschmaschine konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil sie verrostet ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Reise-Anbieter war leider auch sehr schleppend. Die steile Straße an der Wohnung ist tagsüber sehr stark befahren. Nachts allerdings lässt der Verkehr nach. Ausstattung der Küche ist ok, musste aber von uns vor Benutzung gereinigt werden. Die Möbel sind schlicht und alt, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Wohnung hat Fliegengitter. Leider würden wir diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen..

Un peu vieillot

Manque de la vaisselle ( pas de micron onde, casserole en alu, poêle pas terrible, salle de bain petite surtout la baignoire, pour le stationnement du véhicule n'en parlons pas extrêmement dangereux

Thank you for your feedback. A microwave is not listed among the amenities, and whenever guests feel that any kitchen item is missing or not adequate, we ask them to reach out to the keyholder right away so the matter can be addressed on the spot.

Danke für die schöne Zeit. Eine Bitte: legt eine Wegbeschreibung, wie man zum Strand kommt, in die Wohnung, wir mussten am ersten Tag etwas suchen, bis wir die „Discenza“ gefunden haben.

Séjour vintimille Menton et son arrière pays

Très bon petit séjour vue magnifique un bon accueil la Personne nous a ouvert et montrer les lieux cuisine très vétuste à l ancienne mais suffisant manque un petit coin salon pourquoi pas dans le hall d entrée mais je dirais très satisfaisant courage pour le marche 😅 Encore merci

Ausstattung

Die Angabe, 800m zum Meer ist komplett falsch. Schubladen in der Küche stinken Wohnung war dreckig Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht richtig Klobürste hing mit "Dreck" der Vorgänger voll. Liegestühle zusammengekracht. Ansonsten ist es dort schön und auszuhalten.

Die Entfernung zum Meer wurde überprüft und ist korrekt. Die Hanbury Gärten sind 300m entfernt und von dort führt ein ca. 500m langer Fußweg zum Meer. Die defekten Liegestühle sowie die Toilettenbürste wurden ersetzt. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert einwandfrei.

Ferienwohnung Margherita

Das Positive vorweg, die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll. Superschöne Aussicht. Alles andere jedoch schlecht. Die Möbeln sind uralt und wild zusammen gewürfelt. WLAN praktisch nicht vorhanden. es gibt einen Gasherd, Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine. Diese Geräte waren in Ordnung. Der Rest quasi unbrauchbar. Keine Klimaanlage. Im Sommer gleich die Unterkunft einer Sauna. Für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Die Dame, die eine Etage drüber wohnt, ist jedoch sehr nett und hilfsber
