First class accommodation with...

First class accommodation with great swimming pool. Very hospitable hosts who treated us very well. Very child friendly. Traveller tips: Lucca is a wonderful place to visit. Hire bikes and ride around the walls. Interesting villas to visit within walked ng distance.

A lovely home!

We were here for two weeks and could not have had a better vacation. We felt very welcomed by Mariano and Maria-Rosa, they became like our italian family for these days. We learned a lot about italian life and the surroundings in Segromigno in Monte and they invited us for dinner a couple of times and asked if we wanted espresso now and then. The house is lovely with a pool with salted water, and the kitchen has everything you need. We really recommend this place, miss it already!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem nett und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles war sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Vermieter super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wurden sogar 1x zum Essen eingeladen und 1x mit aufs Dorffest genommen. Der Pool war wunderschön und gross und hat für Abkühlung gesorgt. In der näheren Umgebung gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Märkte und Restaurants. Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, man ist in 15 Minuten in Lucca und ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und der Salzwasserpool angenehm. Man wohnt aber sehr nah mit den Gastgebern zusammen, wenn man Privatsphäre sucht kann das etwas stören. Die Gastgeber haben 7 Katzen, die immer wieder ins Haus kommen wollten, daher konnte man im EG nur schwer lüften. Leider riecht man die Katzen im Haus auch ein wenig. Insgesamt ist das Haus nicht in dem besten Zustand.

Belles vacances :-)

L'endroit est idéal pour visiter la Toscane, bien centré. Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et nous ont donné plein de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Le repas qu'ils nous ont concocté le dernier soir était excellent, nous les remercions encore infiniment. A recommander sans aucune restriction :-)

Einfach nur schön

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mitten in der Toskana. Die Städte Lucca, Pisa und Florenz sind schnell, zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es war tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind ganz entzückend und kümmern sich sehr nett um Ihre Gäste. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen inkl. einer italienischen Brotzeit am Anreisetag. Wir wünschen M. und M. R. von Herzen alles Gute und würden das Haus auch wieder buchen.

Ferienhaus bei Lucca

Hervorragende Unterkunft mit Vollausstattung. Die Eigentümer wohnen mit der Tochter auf demselben Grundstück. Es herrscht eine sehr familiäre Stimmung. Wir wurden am Abend unserer Ankunft sofort zum gemeinsammen Pastaessen eingeladen, haben regelmäßig einen Espresso bekommen und sind sogar mal abends zusammen nach Lucca zum Pizzaessen gefahren. Der Pool ist super, vorallem für Schwimmanfänger geeignet. Nur Katzenallergiker müssen vorsichtig sein. Es gibt 6 sehr liebe, unaufdringliche Katzen.

Toll mit Kindern

Unglaublich gastfreundliche und sehr herzliche Vermieter. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht abreisen. Toll war der Pool, den wir für uns alleine hatten und der große Garten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Supermarkt in Laufnähe.

Ferienhaus mit herzlichen Vermietern

Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr liebe Menschen und um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht, alles auf italienisch oder englisch. Das Haus ist schön und liegt aber direkt an der Straße. Außerhalb der Vermieterzeit leben auch Katzen im Haus, die während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder versuchten, reinzukommen. Unsere Tochter ist allergisch und hat reagiert. Leider. Der Salzwasserpool ist schön. Leider hat man keine eigene Waschmaschine, die Vermieterin wäscht die Wäsche! Wir hätten lieber selbst gewaschen.

Einfach nur wunderbar

Schönes Apartment mit einer noch schöneren Aussenanlage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und haben uns nebst einem Abendessen auch immer wieder auf einen Espresso eingeladen. Die Strecken nach Lucca Pisa und Viareggio lassen sich sehr gut fahren. Zusammengefasst, immer wieder gerne. Vielen lieben Dank Euch Maria Rosa und Mariano.

Wir haben hier...

...einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Garten. Die Gastgeber wohnen auf dem selben Grundstück und sind sehr darum bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu bieten und haben sich herzlich um alles gekümmert. Gerne haben sie uns auch Tipps gegeben, was man in der Gegend alles unternehmen kann und uns sogar einmal zu einem leckeren und gemütlichen Abendessen eingeladen. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut - ruhig und ländlich, aber man ist trotzdem schnell in Lucca (ca. 15 min Autofahrt). Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und unsere Mädchen waren glücklich, dass es im Garten einen Pool gab in dem man ausgiebig planschen konnte.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber...

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Platz war ausreichend für 5 Erwachsene. Sehr gut hat uns der Pool und der gemütliche Garten gefallen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns viele Tipps zu Restaurants, Ausflügen und Weingütern gegeben. Reisetipps: Segromigno in Monte ist ein kleiner gemütlicher Ort mit kleinen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf. Er ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Bis Lucca ca. 8 km, zum Meer ca 35 km. Florenz 90km. Aber nicht nur die großen Städte sind interessant, sondern auch das Hinterland, wie Monte Carlo, Collodi od. Montecantini Therme

Vacanza piacevole e rilassante

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, i proprietari sono molto cordiali, disponibili e gentili. I bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen U...

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Ganz herzliches nettes Vermieterehepaar. Im Haus war alles super sauber und alles vorhanden. Der Pool war super ! und immer sauber. Alles in allem "Klasse".
