Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Table tennis, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop, sandy beach 700 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
