This fully renovated and very well equipped small house offers a perfect setting for a holiday with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has a private terrace and an enclosed garden, ideal for convivial outdoor meals or moments of relaxation in peace.

Ideal location: The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a few minutes walk from local shops, restaurants and services. The beaches and the port are also nearby, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without the need to take the car.

The accommodation consists of:

On the ground floor:

-An entrance with a kitchen open to the living room equipped with a large screen TV, with books and games available.

Direct access to the terrace and garden with outdoor furniture: tables, chairs, armchairs, parasol to enjoy outdoor meals.

-Washing machine and dryer, additional fridge for more comfort in the adjoining garage.

-1 separate toilet.

Upstairs:

-1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed.

-1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into 2 single beds.

-1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed.

-1 bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.

La maison de Christine est agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la jolie terrasse au frais dans le jardin, les 3 jolies chambres. Christine a été en contact avec nous dès que nécessaire, notamment pour les petits soucis de propreté à l'arrivée, pour lesquels elle a été très proactive. Nous recommandons Loctudy, qui est très charmant!

Très bon séjour chez Christine, cafe, supérette et plages magnifiques à 10 minutes à pieds. Cuisine bien équipée, jardin très mignon, tout y est parfait !
