We sincerely regret that an injury occured during your stay and hope
that recovery was quick. We believe the fall resulted from a personal
health issue, and we can confirm that no similar accident has ever
occurred at the property before or since. Nevertheless, the owner went
to assist as soon as she was notified. Afterward, the house was
inspected: the garden is fine, the door repaired, the furnishings and
bedding are in good condition, and no odor detected.
