Beautiful house "Le Saint Germ", detached. 1.7 km from the centre of St. Germain-sur-Ay, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Lessay, 58 km from the centre of Cherbourg, in the residential district, 20 m from the sea, on the beach. Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop "Abbatiale" 10 km, sandy beach 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
"Le Saint Germ", 2-room house 70 m2. Bright, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and shower. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Fantastische ligging

Heel mooi gelegen, het baantje oversteken en je bent op het strand. Heel goed bed, we hebben heel goed geslapen. De keuken is heel goed uitgerust. Jammer dat er geen klein hondje meetocht. Je kon er goed wandelen. We willen zeker terugkeren

Prachtig uitzicht over de zee.

Het is een prachtig huis. De toegang naar het huis via een buitentrap is bij regen en wind gevaarlijk.Dit is te verbeteren door het monteren van een trapleuning.

Urlaub in Saint Germain sur Ay

Da wir leider kein Französisch sprechen und die übergebende Dame weder Englisch noch Deutsch spricht war die Übergabe etwas schwierig. Wir konnten nichts fragen was ein bisschen schade war. Das Haus, die Einrichtung, und die Lage sind sehr gut. Das einzige das uns gefehlt hat war die Möglichkeit die Terrasse zu beschatten. Die Terrassenmöbel waren teilweise defekt (Tisch) und das Bett ist mit 140cm für zwei große Erwachsene schon grenzwertig.

Optimal gelegen mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, sämtliche Küchengeräte vorhanden, nur keine scharfes Messer. Schwierige Aufgaben haben wir mit dem Schweizer Taschenmesser erledigt. Verständigung nur in französischer Sprache.

Heerlijke relaxte plek

Een heel fijn huisje met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en mooie zonsondergangen. Wat een luxe: lekker zwemmen en daarna op je eigen terras zitten. In het huisje is veel keuken gerei aanwezig. Je moet zelf zeep, afwasmiddel etc meenemen. Het is alleen jammer dat de eigenaar alleen Frans kan, de sleuteloverdracht was in het huisje zelf en niet zoals in de papieren op het adres van de eigenaar.

Modernes Ferienhaus mit geräumigen Zimmern und zweckmäßiger Einrichtung in unmittelbarer Strandlage. Grundstück zur Straßenseite hin offen und einsehbar, stört aber nur bedingt. Schöne Strände und Dünengebiet in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
