Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop "Abbatiale" 10 km, sandy beach 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
"Le Saint Germ", 2-room house 70 m2. Bright, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV and DVD.
