Beautiful cottage "Nanai", built in 2009. 7 km from the centre of Baia Sardinia, 12 km from the centre of Arzachena, 12 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, on a slope, 2.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 14'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. Outdoor shower. 30 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Abbiadori" 6.5 km, sandy beach "L'ea biancha" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, sailing school 9 km, riding stable 7 km. Hiking paths: San Panataleo 7 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Nanai", 4-room cottage 130 m2. Beautiful and antique furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. 2 showers/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). Terrace 28 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. Vacanza nel cuore della Costa Smeralda

La casa gode di un'ottima posizione, che permette, in meno di mezz'ora, di essere nelle mete più gettonate della costa smeralda. Unica pecca, al nostro arrivo non era presente la biancheria da letto e da bagno, ma l'agenzia Interhome di Tempio ha prontamente inviato una signora provvista di tutto. Bisogna solo stare attenti alle formiche, che al nostro arrivo erano presenti in cucina, ma con un po' di veleno sono andate via. Casa sicuramente consigliata.

Ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht, aber ...

Trotz schöner Lage überzeugt das Haus nicht. Küche war sehr schlecht eingerichtet (als Küchenmesser gab es lediglich ein Brotmesser !). Und auch sonst war die Küche schlecht ausgestattet (z.B. kein Salatbesteck) und das was es gab war alt und schmuddelig. Hingegen hat sich die ältere Dame, die in der Anliegerwohnung wohnt, rührend um uns gekümmert. Für Besucher der Costa Smeralda sicherlich ok, doch wer diese meiden will (was bei uns der Fall war) muss längere Fahrten in Kauf nehmen.

Geräümig, gut, sauber, aber ma...

Geräümig, gut, sauber, aber man hat nur Wasser aus einem Speicherbecken, also muss man zum Kaffeekochen etc. Trinkwasser in Flaschen kaufen. Duschen ist aber kein Problem und in 2 Bädern auch gleichzeitig möglich. Sonst sehr schön gelegen, großes Grundstück und nachts sehr ruhig. Reisetipps: Einkaufen kann man gut in Abbiadori im Dettorimarket. mehrere schöne Strände in ca. 6–8 km Entfernung.
