Beautiful country house "Villa Bricchetto", surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 2 apartments in the residence. 4 km from the centre of Asti, 3 km from the centre of Azzano d'Asti, 25 km from the centre of Alba, in a sunny position on a slope. For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 90 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lounge, washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Beverage service (extra). Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Asti" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 30 km, Neive 25 km, Turin 65 km. Goede value for money

Wij waren met 2 gezinnen en hadden 2 appartementen in het huis op de heuvel. Perfecte combinatie, samen maar toch apart. Zeer ruime appartementen met grote slaapkamers, misschien niet luxe qua design, maar wel luxe qua vakantiegevoel gezien enorme ruimte binnen en buiten, en niet te vergeten het grote zwembad dat je maar met 3-4 appartementen deelt. Geen airco was geen enkel probleem, koelde begin Aug prima af s avonds.

– sehr nette, sympatischeund hilfsbereite Vermieter– schöner Blick von der Terasse aus Asti, gelegegentlich auch auf die schneebedeckten Alpen– meist ruhig, je nach Windrichtung Autobahn als leises Rauschen zu hören– Wohnung grenzt an Felder – die hin und wieder bewirtschaftet werden– alles in der Wohnung funktioniert, nicht alles ist perfekt; vielleicht ist das ja typisch italienisch; dabei muss man aber auch den vergleichsweise günstigen Preis berücksichtigen– Einkaufen: In Asti (ca. 6 km) oder in Carratti in einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen (1,3 km) Reisetipps: – Asti, Alba, Genua, Turin, Casala Monferrato– die Region nördlich von Asti ist sehr schön– ab 10 km südlich beginnt die Langhe– die Gegend direkt um die Unterkunft ist nicht ganz so attraktiv wie die Gegend südlich und nördlich, – Radfahren vom Haus weg ist nur etwas für Bergliebhaber oder E–Bikes

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage, ...

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage, bei guter Sicht wunderbares Alpenpanorama, herrliche Terrasse. Sehr gute Weine des Vermieters, freundliche Familie, gute Betreuung. Positiv: KEIN Fernseher vorhanden. Pool gut isoliert, schon im Mai rund 22 Grad "warm". Pferde, Hunden, Katzen. Reisetipps: Auf jeden Fall Turin an sich und das Ägyptische Museum. In der Nähe Asti, Serralunga di Crea (tolle Aussicht, wunderbares Ambiente), Turm in Barbaresco. Sehr empfehlenswert: Saluzzo sowie Burg Manta und KlosterStaffarda.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Br...

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Brichetto hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zum einen lag das an der sehr sauberen Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem Luxus zweier Bäder, verbunden mit einem sehr schönen weiten Blick von der Terrasse über das Tal hin auf Asti. Zum anderen fühlt man sich als Gast wertgeschätzt. Die ansässige Familie nimmt sich Zeit für einen, gibt Tipps für Unternehmungen und Besichtigungen. Dabei kann man sich – was gerade uns entgegenkam – auf Englisch und Deutsch hervorragend verständigen. Wir hatten jedenfalls das Gefühl, dass es der Familie wichtig war, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Für Kinder gibt es zwei freundliche kleine Hunde sowie Katzen und Pferde zum Anfassen. Der Pool wird sauber gehalten und liegt sehr beschaulich. Reisetipps: Sehenswert auf jeden Fall: die Stadt Alba, mit dem Auto recht schnell erreichbar.

Nette Ferienwohnung, schöne Umgebung, leider nicht sehr gepflegt, Wohnung müsste vor dem Vermieten auf Schäden kontrolliert werden (Lampen, Duschhebel …) Pool ist mE nicht 14m sondern 12 m lang.

Die Dusche wurde zwischenzeitlich überprüft, die betroffene Stelle wurde repariert. Die Größe des Pools wurde nachgemessen, die Länge beträgt 13,10 m - unsere Beschreibung wurde entsprechend angepasst.

Prima vakantie woning op een mooi plek in een niet toeristisch deel van Italie

De woning ligt ten zuidoosten van Asti in het landelijk gebied nabij de rivier Tanaro. Bij de boerderij is een gebouw met een dubbel appartement (6-4 personen) gemaakt, met een ruime living, en ruime slaapkamers. Het uitzicht over de omgeving is fraai en de zonsondergangen zijn verbluffend mooi. Wel smeren tegen de muggen die 's avonds komen opzetten.
