Die Küchenausstattung war leider für die Größe der Wohnung nicht ausreichend und müsste erweitert und erneuert werden. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das sehr schöne Lokal direkt in der Anlage beim Golfclub, in dem man sehr schön sitzen und hervorragende Küche genießen kann. Der Pool könnte etwas mehr gepflegt werden und die vorhandenen Massage-Düsen sind leider nicht in Betrieb.
