"rustico" cottage "Baita Nini", 800 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees. 7.5 km from the centre of Cannero Riviera, 1.5 km from the centre of Trarego, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 7.5 km from the lake, in the woods. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Motor access to the house (1 km mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 7.5 km, grass beach "Cannero Riviera" 7.5 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania 22 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.05. Top floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open alcove with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed. Balcony, patio 20 m2, roofed. saubere und schöne Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Daher sind die "Kleinigkeiten" wie fehlenden Liegestuhlauflagen, wackelnde Toilettenbrille. defekte Türklinke oder fehlende 2. Couch um so ärgerlicher.Am enttäuschenden war allerdings dass der Zaun für das eingezäunte Grundstück ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und für abenteuerlustige Hunde definitiv nicht geeignet ist. An manchen Stellen ist der Zaun nur noch Deko.

Traumhafte ruhige Lage mit Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Gelegentlich stand auch ein Reh auf der Wiese. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine enge kurvige Straße, lohnt sich aber.

Idyllische Auszeit

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entschleunigend und erholsam! Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Ruhe vom Feinsten. Einzig die Strommasten über dem Grundstück verunstalten die Sicht auf den See einwenig.....aber sind kein Grund zum meckern! Auch für die Vierbeiner ein absoluter Traum!

Wunderschönes Baiti Nini

Schon bei der gut zu befahrenen Einfahrt (Parkplatz auch im Schatten möglich) sind wir von der sehr weit reichenden herrlichen Aussicht über den Lago begeistert gewesen. Der Strommast im Garten störte uns nicht. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt&komplett uneinsichtig...Privatsphäre pur. Mit viel Liebe wurde das Haus für uns hergerichtet,frisch gemahlener Kaffee,Flasche Vino und vor allem die Sauberkeit freute uns. (wand zw. 2 Schlafzimmern hellhörig,gut zu zweit reisen) kommen gerne wieder GRAZIE

Ruhig und komfortabel

Tolles Haus mit grossem Grundstück, wunderbarer Aussicht und allem, was man braucht um komfortabel Ferien geniessen zu können. Adresse für Schlüsselübergabe verwirrend - das Restaurant Usignolo sollte erwähnt werden - dann findet man es sehr einfach und irrt nicht in Trarego herum, was uns leider passierte.

Calme, fraîcheur, confort et une jolie vue !

Tout le necessaire à disposition, maison fraîche pour l’ete, une terrasse pour manger au calme à l’ombre comme au soleil. Des jeux pour les enfants dans le jardin. Un hôte très sympathique, qui ne pose aucun problème mais à disposition si besoin. Un séjour parfait, très proche du lac majeur pour profiter de la baignade et des visites alentours, tout en étant assez loin du tumulte et de la chaleur pour se reposer si besoin.
