Small house "Haydée". 4 km from the centre of Les Issambres, 12 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, in the residential district, 300 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 700 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Narrow motor access. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 400 m, rocky beach 300 m. The owner does not accept any groups.
"Haydée", 3-room house 70 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Small, open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist super. Für unseren Hund war es perfekt, da das Grundstück eingezäunt war. Das Ferienhaus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte etwas saniert werden. Der Zustand ist leider nicht mehr so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Dusche/ Abfluss ist problematisch. Trotz allem war es sehr schön und wir würden bestimmt auch mal wieder kommen.

Wir sind um eine Erfahrung reicher!! Leider war es sehr schwierig den Betreuer von ML-Immobilien zu erreichen, somit konnten wir die gesamte Woche kein hilfreiches Gespräch finden. Es hätte vieles repariert, ersetzt und gereinigt werden müssen. Wen dem Häuschen mehr pflege und sorge getragen würde, währe es ein kleiner Traum!! Andere Länder andere Sitten!!!

certes ce n'est pas le luxe, des prises qui ne fonctionnement pas etc. mais soyons honnêtes on y va pour les vacances donc pas juste rester à la maison. la piscine est juste parfaite. le calme c'est juste génial. je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation.

Die Wohnräume und Schlafräume ...

Die Wohnräume und Schlafräume waren soweit in Ordung und sauber., die Einrichtung der Küche war dagegen leider Bescheiden, kaputtes Geschirr, Herd und Grill waren bei der Ankunft defekt und auch der Garten war nicht sehr gepflegt! Postiv war die Ruhe in der Gegend und die Nähe zum Strand (Felsstrand) dieser ist allerdings nur mit Schuhen und etwas Kletterkunst zu begehen. Für unsere Hunde war der Garten optimal da das Grundstück rundum eingezäunt war. Insgesamt war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht ausgewogen. Reisetipps: Sehr schön hat uns die Parfümstadt Grasse gefallen , eine sehr schöne Altstadt und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch das Städtchem Bormes les Mimosas ist empfehlenswert. Mann sollte sich von der Küstenstrasse etwas entfernen dann hat man überwiegend freie Fahrt und kann die wirklich schöne Gegend bewundern.
