In the district of Cala di Volpe 8 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 4 km from the centre of Abbiadori, 15 km from the centre of Baia Sardinia, on a slope, residential area (villas), 400 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "La Celvia" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The stairway to the pool has in parts an open railing and in some parts no railing at all. Small children must therfore be accompanied by adults.
4-room villa 180 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room, on 2 levels with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with Dressing room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Walk-through room with 2 beds. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Open gallery with sloping ceilings. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. La villa est très bien située, dans une magnifique résidence à 10´ à pied de la plage et 8´ en voiture du supermarché et des restaurants. Le vue est à couper le souffle sur la baie de Cala Di Volpe. Superbe villa d’architecte originale mais qui date un peu. Quelques bémols: mobilier extérieur vieillot, fourmis dans la maison, plomberie à revoir (fuite de chasse d’eau, douche qui se vide mal, piscine très acide) Vacances formidables dans ce bel endroit

Im Ferienhaus u. in der Außenanlage sehr viele Treppen, man muß gut zu Fuß sein. Reisetipps: Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Pizzeria in der Nähe.Schöner, großer Markt in Arzachena.

We stayed at this beautiful vi...

We stayed at this beautiful villa for one week in August. We were a party of five of which two were children, aged 8 and 10 years old. The house itself is beautifully designed. There is an arty flair to the interior design and you can see it has been decorated with love. The house fits perfectly into the surrounding landscape. The house is private but not isolated. You definately need a car to get to the supermarket and beaches. The kitchen is a perfect size with all mod cons which was perfect for preparing family meals. The bedrooms were all a good size with comfortable beds. It was the perfect place to hang out as a family. The view from the terrace was beautiful, we watched all the yachts moored in the sea at night as the sun was setting. The pool is fantastic and well equipped with sunloungers and parasols. There are many terraces around the house to laze about on which Granny loved. The gardens and pool are well lit at night so you can go late night swimming. I remember thinking there was not one thing I would have improved or changed about our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We felt very at home and are definately planning to come back. It was special!

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Sehr gepflegt. Gut eingerichtet. Die zuständigen Leute sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Auto gut erreichbar. Der Strand, zu Fuss zu erreichen ist traumhaft! Reisetipps: Das Restaurant Mama Latina, Porto Cervo Marina ist sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht ganz günstig aber sehr gut und super nettes Personal!
