The elegant apartment is decorated in a modern maritime country house style and promises cosiness and a feel-good atmosphere in every season. The open-concept living-dining area is flooded with light thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly showcase the light-colored real wood parquet flooring. On cool days, the underfloor heating in every room provides cosy warmth. During stormy weather, you can make yourself comfortable on the allergy-friendly, textile-leather living room suite and watch the waves roll in at the harbour entrance while a cosy fire crackles in the fireplace.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for culinary experiences. The large balcony, which borders directly on the water, also invites you to dine and relax; of course, lounge chairs are provided.

Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the travel price. However, you have the option to book these directly through Seeblick Ferien ORO for a fee of 24 € per person. Our linens packages are available exclusively for all guests staying at the property and cannot be purchased individually.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 € in cash must be provided. This serves as a security deposit and will be refunded upon check-out.

Please note that this has already been factored into the price calculation and does not constitute a defect. The following highlights await you on site: Within walking distance of the stunning, kilometer-long Weidefelder Beach, supervised by the DLRG. There’s also a cosy beach restaurant here with beach chair rentals, bathrooms, and a playground. EDEKA supermarket, restaurant, adventure golf, a marina with a promenade, fresh fish straight from the boat, traditional sailing ship tours, canoe rentals, and Optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy, boat rentals at Olpenitz Marina, and, of course, spectacular harbour views.
The small, idyllic village of Olpenitz, located nearby (3 km away), with its beautiful (thatched) houses offers restaurants and shopping opportunities, as does the well-known fishing village of Kappeln on the Schlei, with its small harbour, about 7 km away. Kappeln is also known, among other things, by the name “Deekelsen” from the popular TV series “Der Landarzt.” Take a trip to Bad Arnis, Germany’s smallest town, or to Eckernförde for the eel regatta or the pirate festival in August, or to Sieseby, the beautiful half-timbered village right on the Schlei. There’s hardly another location like this along the entire Baltic Sea coast of Germany! Anyone who loves a quiet, nature-filled holiday will surely be able to be able to spend “the best time of the year” here, even though the surroundings and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz are currently still undergoing constant change due to construction activity. The in-person check-in is conducted in German and includes important information about the accommodation and house rules. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth check-in, stay, and check-out.
