Nearby attractions: Palazzo Reale Normanni/Cappella Palatina 600 m, Cattedrale di Palermo 800 m, Mercato Ballarò 1.2 km, Quattro Canti/Piazza Pretoria 1.3 km, Teatro Massimo 1.5 km, Mercato della Vucciria 1.6 km. Hiking paths: Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro 77 km.
"Maya's Home Palermo", 3-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2024, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 wall-trunk bed and fan. Heating, forced-air heating, boiler (50 litres).
