The mansion is made of two houses. The main house comprises on groundfloor, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one bedroom (2 beds) with bathroom + two bedrooms (including one with 2 beds) with one bathroom opening on the terrasse. There is one large terrasse offering exceptional view of the valley and one terrasse near the kitchen.

The second house (20 meters from the other) comprises on the first floor, a large living room, a small kitchen, one double room and 3 bedrooms (including one with 2 beds). On the groundfloor, there is a garage, a laundry and a parking.

Une semaine en Périgord

Très belle propriété dans un cadre magnifique; décoration un peu vieillotte dans la grande maison en particulier ! Excellent accueil de Ginette et très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. Jamais plus de 30 minutes pour trouver un site exceptionnel à visiter dans les environs. 2 points noirs : - le manque de volets ou de stores dans la grange ; avec 35 à 40 degrés pendant une semaine, la chaleur à l'intérieur était insupportable et les nuits difficiles. Installer la clim serait une bonne idée sinon. - la présence constante de guêpes; autour de la piscine et de la maison ; nous étions littéralement envahis et plusieurs d'entre nous ont été piqués; vérifier qu'il n'y a pas un nid aux alentours

Idéal pour une rencontre de famille

Le gîte est composé de deux maisons avec de beaux volumes, permettant d'accueillir sans problème le nombre de personnes indiquées. Nous avons utilisé l'une des deux cuisines pour préparer les dîners en famille (17 personnes) : nous avons toujours trouvé les ustensiles qu'il nous fallait. La piscine a pemis à tout le monde de se rafraîchir. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le Périgord : durant notre semaine nous n'avons pas dû parcourir plus de 30 minutes pour rejoindre les lieux de visite. Le propriétaire a été réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Gite parfaitement situé pour visiter le Périgord noir

Superbe propriété , vue superbe, bâtiments anciens bien rénovés, aménagements sanitaires un peu "fatigués" mais convenables Piscine parfaite , emplacement parfait pour randos et visites touristiques Accueil très chaleureux

Belle propriété très bien située

Vaste location qui permet l’indépendance de chacun. Bien placée pour visiter à côté des eyzies. Le cadre lui même est agréable avec de vastes pelouses et une grande piscine .

An unforgettable vacation in the perfect location !

Everything was absolutely perfect ! The house was an authentic elegant family house with old world charm, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was ideal to discover the nearby villages and all the attractions of the Perigord Noir while still being private and secluded. The nearby forest provided an abundance of mushrooms. The owner, Nicolas was charming and provided lots of information about the region while Ginette, the caretaker was very nice and welcoming. The house, the pool, the view, the vast grounds, the sights and gastronomy of the region, everything was simply perfect. We will definitely be back very soon.

Set in a 35 hectares of parklang and forests, located near the top of a hill, you will enjoy absolute peacefulness, a great view and a large swiming pool (15 meters x 6 meters). This charming and confortable mansion is ideal for two families and up to 16 guests.

The mansion is in the center of Perigard Noir, 5 km from the village of Les Eyzies known for its prehistory national museum and its famous caves. It is perfectly located to visit the great sites of Dordogne. There is a kitchen garden mainly with tomatoes and redcurrant.
