Positiv:- Lage Top für Familien: kurzer Weg zum Wasserspielplatz am Schmachter See & Seebrück/Strand am Ende der Hauptstraße- 20 Minuten zu beiden Bahnhöfen- Büro für den Schlüssel 2 Minuten zu Fuß um die Ecke- Apotheke unten im Haus: richt dort nur dezent rein im Hausflur- umliegend wenig Gastronomie (diese auch nicht in den Abendstunden)- Parkplatz zur FeWo auf dem Hof ausgewiesen (Rasenfläche)- Schlüsselrückgabe schnell & problemlos- Wohnung ist groß: hat Wohnzimmer mit großer Eckcouch & Hocker, 2 separate Schlafzimmer- Die Vorhänge dunkeln gut ab- vorhanden: Geschirr, Spülmittel &Taps für die Spülmaschiene - Bad ist groß- Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon (wenige Klammern) - Wäsche trocknet schwer- Kinderhochstuhl gutNegativ: - Wohnung im 2. OG; Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kinderwagen haben wir nicht gesehen- Bezug ab 16 Uhr war nicht möglich, obwohl Ankunftszeit - wie gewünscht - eine Stunde vorher telefonisch durchgegeben wurde. Mussten noch 45 Minuten warten. - Küche: Platz, um Lebensmittel, die nicht gekühlt werden müssen, unterzubringen fehlt- Bad: etwas in die Jahre gekommen: einige Fliesen sind gesprungen, Waschbecken braucht ewig zum Abfließen, einige Handtuchhalter kaputt, die Badewanne füllt sich nur sehr langsam.- Waschmaschinenanschluss vorhanden, Waschtrockner wünschenswert. Uwis Waschsalon zu empfehlen- Wohnung soll besenrein verlassen werden, Besen ist aber nicht da, haben Handfeger Schippe gekauftHaus Mischung aus Fewos & Einheimischen
