When you're ready to explore, a nearby route via Black Tern and Audubon makes it easy to reach the beach on foot or by bike, while Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, golf, dining, shopping, and miles of Sea Pines bike paths are all within easy reach.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $350 per dog. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence at this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10- to 15-minute walk or seven-minute bike ride via Black Tern and Audubon. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys also transport guests from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, less than five minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated electrically for an additional fee of $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Electric pool heat is economical but may be less effective during the coldest months of the year. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
