The cosy, modernised 4-person bungalow Eureka 73 with 2 bedrooms and large garden is located at the edge of the, by many popular, bungalow park Eureka. The lovely, quiet sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee is only 1.5 km away.

Layout
The detached bungalow has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is a cosy living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bungalow has a very large garden around it. There is space for 2 cars to park. There is free WiFi.

Bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed 180 x 200 cm with single duvets. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a 140 x 200 cm bed downstairs and a 90 x 200 cm bed upstairs. The bedrooms have blackout pleated curtains and fly screens.

Bathroom
There is a modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower with rain shower, toilet and washbasin with storage space and an illuminated mirror.

Living room and kitchen
The bright, garden-facing living room, with 3-seater sofa and an armchair has a Digital TV with Dutch and some German channels. There is a vinyl floor. The open kitchen in U-shape is fully equipped, including a gas cooker with extractor hood, dishwasher, combination microwave oven and fridge-freezer. Finally, in the centre of the room there is a cosy dining area with seating for 4.

Garden
The lovely large garden surrounding the house (635 m2) has a large lawn with a terrace with table and chairs. There is also a comfortable lounge sofa and 4 sun loungers. There are several cosy spots around the house where you can seek out the sun or proper shade. There is an awning to provide sufficient shade on the hottest days. The garden offers a lot of privacy and is fully fenced. There is also a lockable shed where you can safely store your bicycles.

Das Haus sah auf den ersten Blick äußerlich sehr gut aus. Beim betreten kam uns ein muffiger Geruch entgegen, der nach 5 Tagen immer noch da war, trotz lüften.Im Schlafzimmer wurde noch nie Staub gewischt oder Spinngeweben entfernt. Das Bad war optisch nicht schlecht, allerdings nicht genügend Ablageflächen oder Haken für Handtücher (2 kleine Haken in der Ecke neben dem Waschtisch).Der Toilettensitz war viel zu klein, man saß mehr auf dem Porzellan als auf dem Deckel. Es wurde im Infobuch darauf hingewiesen, das der Fliesenleger in der Dusche nicht gut gearbeitet hatte und bei evtl. Verstopfung im Ablauf sollten die Gäste selbst den Ablauf hochnehmen und reinigen!!! Die Freundin hat nach der Katzenwäsche ihre Wasserflecken vom Boden aufgewischt, der Boden war total verdreckt, also haben wir 5 Tage nicht geduscht und uns auch nur notdürftig gewaschen. Die Küche war der absolute Supergau, Geschirr erdreckt, auf den Holzbrettchen waren Essensreste drauf, Kochtöpfe erdreckt und teilweise der Boden angebrannt. Besteck verdreckt, Besteckkasten wahrscheinlich noch nie gesäubert, Gläser verschmiert und Überreste vom spülen auf dem Glasboden, es gab keinen Boden in den Schränken der sauber war, das Rondell (Kochtöpfe) war übersät mit Flecken, an der Kühlschranktür Essensreste. Vorm Backofen gab es ein Loch unter dem Laminat (Senke), nichts für ältere Menschen(Sturzgefahr). Die Wiese war nur vorm Haus gemäht, im Innenhof nicht.WIr haben jede Menge Beweisfotos gemacht

Wir haben die Beschwerden mit der Eigentuemerin besprochen und sie hat eine andere Vorstellung: Die Bewertung entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht der Realität. (Die Dame hatte gedroht, uns schlecht zu bewerten wenn wir ihr nicht die Hälfte des Mietpreises zurückerstatten.) - Mangelnde Sauberkeit war in unserem Haus bisher noch kein Problem. Nach der Beschwerde der Dame wurde ihr angeboten, dass die Putzkraft sofort noch einmal kommt, das hat sie aber abgelehnt. Auch die Reduzierung der Endreinigungskosten um 40€ wurde abgelehnt. - Der Gärtner hatte am Rand bereits mit dem Freischneider gearbeitet und wollte am nächsten Tag fertig mähen (ist nach der Beschwerde aber SOFORT gekommen). - Die Dame hat ihren Hund nicht angegeben und nicht für ihn bezahlt. Wir haben uns als Agentur sehr darum gekuemmert. Heute kam diese Bewertung: Toller Aufenthalt, schönes Haus, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Toller Bungalow, mit großem Garten perfekt für Hunde

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung und war super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation und der Service der Gastgeber war super. Wir würden wieder kommen! :)
