Our newly renovated ground-floor holiday rental offers plenty of space for 1–5 people. You’ll enjoy upscale living comfort in a 110-square-meter space. The apartment was completed in the fall of 2024 following modernization and renovation. The cosy living room, featuring a large couch and a flat-screen satellite TV, invites you to relax. The fully equipped open-concept kitchen area, featuring a counter and bar stools, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, fully automatic coffee maker, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday rental features 3 separate, modern bedrooms with box-spring beds: 2 rooms with double beds (180x200 m) and 1 room with a single bed (140x200 m). The spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a bathtub, a large mirror, and hand and bath towels, completes the picture. There is also a spacious east-facing balcony that extends the entire length of the house. From there, you can access the garden directly via a staircase. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden, which has seating. A gas or charcoal grill can be provided for this purpose. A washing machine and clothes rack are available for a small fee of 3 EUR to do your laundry. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT: Smoking is, of course, permitted on the balcony or outdoors. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Pets are not allowed. This cosy holiday rental is located right in Langdorf, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. The beautiful, spacious garden, with blooming shrubs, flowers, and spreading fruit trees, invites you to linger. The tourist information office, butcher shop, and supermarket are just a few minutes’ walk away. When snow conditions are favourable, we have our own floodlit cross-country ski trail. Our town is situated between the Arber region and the Bavarian Forest National Park, offering you ideal conditions for short or extended tours and excursions—whether on foot, by bike, car, or train. Swimming pools in Bodenmais, Regen, or Zwiesel are easily accessible. In summer and fall, our surrounding local mountains—such as the Großer Arber, Falkenstein, Hennenkobel, and Silberberg—are perfect for hiking. During the winter months, our region offers a wide variety of winter sports activities. The ski resort at Großer Arber and the Bretterschachten cross-country skiing centre are known for their reliable snow conditions. Toboggan runs and winter hiking trails invite you to enjoy extended excursions. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash.
