Gorgeous home in Santa Margalida

The Petit Saraix holiday home in the north-east of Mallorca is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy a private pool or make spontaneous trips to the beach in the Bay of Alcúdia, just 7 km away. The southeast-facing outdoor area offers beautiful views over fields to the sea and mountains near Artà. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests, ideal for breakfast on the covered veranda, lazing by the pool or an evening barbecue, with easy access via a country road to Can Picafort beach, a 7-minute drive away.



On the ground floor there is a bright living room with fireplace and access to the veranda, a spacious separate kitchen with dining area and access to the outside, one of the four double bedrooms and a guest WC. On the upper floor there are two bathrooms and three further bedrooms, each of which can accommodate two guests. One bedroom has a private balcony with views of the countryside and the east coast. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The nearest supermarket is 6 minutes away by car and offers easy grocery shopping.



Petit Saraix is located between Santa Margalida and Can Picafort. The lively coastal town of Can Picafort with shopping facilities and beach restaurants is only 7 km away.
