Nice beach front condo

Great location right on the beach. Property well cared for, steps from the beach added bonus. manager was very easy to deal with when necessary. Only issue which was out of owners control was the whole condo was having concrete work done after I got there which affected ease of parking since my space was impacted as well as general inconvenience around the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

We searched for 5 years before we found the perfect condo.
It is a SMALL complex & away from the CROWDS so the beach is very quiet.
It is on the FIRST FLOOR and faces the ocean so there are no stairs or elevators to deal with.
NO SHRUBS to block the views Or long path to A beach / just go across our small patio and your on the BEACH!
VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL NEIGHBORS
you can walk across the road and dine outside on the bay and watch the sunset.
lots of fun sea-shells, cruise ships, and warm ocean breezes to enjoy.....
Can barbecue on patio, run a bike on the beach or to the pool

Can rent a surf board and take lessons
