This spacious airy villa for rent in Ibiza is set in its own grounds on the hillside above the valley of San Agustín, a peaceful part of the country side, Can Xanchu villa in Ibiza with pool is only 5 minutes walk from the bohemian village of San José with its shops, banks, bars,...The best beaches, Ibiza town, playa den Bossa and San Antonio are all within a few minutes drive making it extremely well located.

Can Xanchu is part of the Chalets Can Xanchu s.l. Group a small family run business.

This villa rental in Ibiza has four twin or double rooms, two full bathrooms ( one with jacuzzi ) and also one on suite shower room, a large lounge/dining room with its fire place, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge, semi-professional gas cooker (5 rings) large electric oven, coffee machine, micro-wave, washing a machine. Optional air conditioning, large 9 x10 swimming pool with lights Chill out and barbecue.

A maid comes 2 times/week. Change of sheets weekly, towels twice a week, gardening and pool maintenance (All included in the price). Beach towels not provided.
From June to end of September we only accept bookings Starting and ending on Saturday.
