About this property

You will think you are in paradise when you enter this beautiful newly renovated two bedroom/two bath oceanfront condo located on the small idyllic island of Key Colony Beach in the Florida Keys. This is like being in your own private world and your view from the condo is of the Atlantic Ocean. You also have a private white sand beach to enjoy.

This condo is on the second floor of a three story building, with an new elevator. There are two over-sized sliding glass doors leading out to your private balcony where you can enjoy the gorgeous sun rises, warm sea breezes and the wonderful ocean views.

Enjoy the sun on a chaise by the beautiful salt water pool overlooking the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also play shuffleboard or tennis on one of the private courts. There is also a 160 foot private fishing pier with it's own fish cleaning stations and 600 feet of private white sand beach.

There is great fishing in the area and restaurants within walking distance will cook your catch. For the more adventurous there is snorkeling or scuba diving.

The condo is was recently updated in June 2016 to make your stay very comfortable.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are are an open concept.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet exclusive to the condo, and a laundry off the kitchen with a new washer and dryer.
Also, included are beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, fishing poles, and a beach umbrella to make your stay more enjoyable.

Simply perfect

Had a wondeful stay in this Casa Clara condo in Key Colony. The view was stunning and the condo is even better in person than the photos show. The condo community itself felt safe and was quiet. Key Colony, of course, is the perfect community in Marathon. We've stayed in many places within Key Colony, but this was our first experience in a condo and in Casa Clara specifically. This particular condo was our favority place we've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed. I cook quite a bit and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything needed and more. The condo owner was easy to work with and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again without question.

Great !!!!!

This was are second time staying there, I’m at a loss of words. It was great, very friendly people , great location, condo was beyond perfect and the view from the condo was exceptional. We loved the pool, pier, and taking walks. The owner of the condo makes you feel like family, and great communication. Looking forward too next vacation there.

Beautiful. !

Exceptional beautiful view, condo itself was spectacular newly remodeled. It didn't feel like you were staying in a rental it felt like you were standing someone's home . after staying in the Florida Keys for over 18 years in renting condos this by far is the best

Awesome views of ocean

This condo was top notch with gorgeous views and dealing with the owner was a pleasant experience ! We have been going to key colony for few years and love it ! Everything about the location and condo were awesome ! Only downfall is the rudeness of most of the residents that either live there full time or don't rent out ! There are cameras all over the property I believe in security We counted 6 from the pool but we are in key colony not Detroit ! If you plan on staying at CASa Clara you are only allowed 2 guests at a time and they prefer you checking in with manager ! So if your looking for a safe place for an elder parent where you know they will be well watched over and safe great place to leave them for the winter ! If you don't have any friends or family great place ! If you are going only for views and location awesome place !

Can't Beat the View

If you want to lie in bed and watch the sunrise or fall asleep listening to the waves, this is the place! I have never rented a condo that is as well supplied as this one. Extremely well equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies as well as linens, towels, beach towels and more. The appliances are all new although the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms need updating. However, you won't mind as you will spend the majority of time on the patio watching the boats, birds, waves, sun, moon and stars. Truly spectacular view. Key Colony is a very quiet community that is made for walking and bike riding. Traffic is very respectful of pedestrians and most drivers keep it under 20mph.

My husband and I fell in love with the Keys over 30 years ago. We ended up in Key Colony Beach for the privacy and quiet. Walking the beach is one of my favorite things to do. Come down and see how wonderful it is!

Why they chose this property

The Florida Keys are unique in so many ways. After many years traveling in the Caribbean and feeling like visitors we were looking for something to make us feel at home. The Florida Keys offers so many things you will never get bored. Of course, you can sit at the beautiful heated pool overlooking the beach and the Atlantic Ocean and just relax too!

What makes this property unique

Fall in love with this condo. Sit on the balcony and watch the sun come up or the dolphins playing offshore. The manatees lazily swim by making their way to their next destination. Don't forget to look for spotted rays in the evening in the surf! Also, there are snooks that swim up and down the beach in the shallow water.

Watch the boats go by to catch the 'big ones' offshore.

At night lay in bed and look at the stars or the fishing boats offshore catching shrimp or fish for you to purchase at the local fish markets.
