Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This modernly renovated condo has a great room, which features seating for four guest with an oversized comfortable sofa. This stunning space accomodates up to 4 guests, making it the ideal get away for couples, friends, or bussiness travelers. Please note, this property is not suitbale for children under 14.You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless Internet is also provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keuring cofee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom comes an LCD TV. The guest bedroom features a king size bed as well and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. The guest bedroom comes with a SMART TV.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front patio! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! My family loved the condo! Furniture, rooms and bathrooms were all nice and not outdated. Room is right next to the heated pool- which my kids loved. We hope to come back to 102 again.

Great beach location

Can’t beat the location. Literally steps away from the pool and hot tub from the patio gate. Another min or two to the sandy beach. So convenient to have the restroom and kitchen access for beach days. We stopped at Walmart in Port Isabelle for groceries, beach towels, sand toys and a wagon on the way in, and then Dollar General is a short walk for day to day groceries, beer, items.

Beautiful view

First thing when opening the door is the view of the beautiful ocean!! Condo was clean, modern and very comfortable. Grounds and pool were clean and manicured very nice. The beach was steps from our condo. Our host responded promptly and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Love it!!
